Al-Own Advanced for Contracting (Aref Al-Tarawnah & Brothers Establishment) was established in 1983 as individual owned contracting establishment and developed to be as General Contracting Limited Liability Company in 2009 with a ten million JD. Due to the financial value of projects completed by the company and equipments the company owned, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing calcified Al Own as: First grade roads & construction, First grade asphalt pavement, First grade earth work & mining, Third grade culverts & returning walls and Third grade building construction.

Al Own Advanced for Concrete Industrial Co. has set up a new highly mechanized concrete pipe factory to make products that meet all demands of pipeline designers and users. Using the internationally proven Rimas hydraulic compaction process, a full range of flexibly jointed pipes from 10cm up to 60cm is made, and it is proposed to extend the range up to 200cm diameter.

To ensure that all the products are watertight, durable and strong detailed quality control procedures are employed at the factory. The factory products have been assessed and approved by the water and sewage authority, ministry of public works & Housing as well as RSS (Royal Scientific Society).
